Do I need a ticket for this event? There is no need to print a ticket to this event. If you are registered for this event, you will check-in by your last name when you arrive at the registration desk.
What is the dress code for this event? The dress code is business.
What are my parking options at the venue? We will provide complimentary parking on the top levels only of the West Parking Structure on campus for all non-university event attendees. Please follow the parking instructions below to ensure you do not receive a parking citation.
Attendees shall enter the USD campus at the Marian Way/West Entrance at the bottom of the hill on Linda Vista Road. Stay in the left lane. You will approach the security kiosk at the stop sign. Take your second left after the kiosk booth (you do not need to stop at the kiosk booth unless you need directions). You will see a BMC representative at the top entrance of the West Parking Structure, who can direct you where to park. There will also be signs designating the reserved parking spaces for this event. Please only park on the top levels of the parking structure within the designated spaces. There is no complimentary event parking on the lower levels of the structure.
Once parked, proceed to the tram at the top of the structure marked “Burnham-Moores Center Special Event Tram” which will take you to and from the venue. The BMC representative can also direct you to the special event tram.
Please be sure to allow plenty of time for parking and check-in. If attending this event with colleagues or friends, we strongly encourage carpooling to the event.
What is the refund policy? Refunds (minus the Eventbrite fee which is non-refundable) will be provided for cancellations received with written e-mail notification by January 26, 2023. No refunds will be provided for any cancellations after January 26, 2023.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Fees paid for attendance to the February 2, 2023 Burnham-Moores Dialogue Series event are transferable to another attendee of your choice with written e-mail notification to salu@sandiego.edu within 48 business hours of the conference.
